Recipe: goat cheese wrap with Parma ham

January 1th a new chapter of our lives. I wish everyone a happy new year.
I’ve had a really nice new years eve and was happy to spend it with some nice people.
The holidays flew by and I am so full from all the food we’ve had this past week.

Today we’ve been eating some left overs and I’ve made a really nice wrap. Easy to make and very tasty.

Goat cheese wrap with Parma ham

How to make it:
1. Spread some goat cheese on the wrap.
2. Put the ham on the wrap and top it with some cut up tomato
3. Put it in a pre-heated oven for 5 minutes. The oven has to be 200 °C.
4. Put some salad on the wrap and you’re ready to eat.

I made myself 2 wraps and it was enough for a small dinner.
