This is Paris

The capital of France located in the Northern center of the country.  Downtown Paris counts 2.22 million inhabitants and including the suburbs there are 10 million people living in the French capital.
The city is home of the most paid-visited monument in the world, the Eiffel tower.
In the year 2017 23 million tourists visited the city of lights.

The city is divided in twenty districts, also known as arrondissements. The first arrondissement is the home of the Louvre, Sainte-Chapelle and the world famous cathedral the Notre Dame.

July and August are the most touristy months but locals say it’s better to visit the city in spring or fall. Right when the weather is not too hot to visit things and when the city is last crowded.

In winter time the city really honors her name as city of lights when the Christmas decorations are out from November to the beginning of January. Famous streets like the Champs-Elysées are showing off beautiful Christmas decorations and thousands of lights. Stores spent money on their window decorations and tons of people will come and see the decorations at Galerie Lafayette and Printemps.
